Feedback from Runners
It's really lovely to have afternoon tea with fellow runners after the run. Good time to ask committee members questions and pass on feedback - Cath 11 /8/2017
Great Venue challending course and well run (Peace Park) Facebook Post 12/5/2012
I did my first run yesterday, and have to say it was a fantastically organised and run event. That was one tough hill on the ten Km course!! Haha
Good family and friendly atmosphere, very glad I stumbled accross your club and I'll be bringing the family along in the future. - Ben 15/4/2012

Why do you run cross country?
Comments that have been passed onto me from runners or stuff I have overheard
- 'my hubby and kids run, so instead of sitting around and waiting for them to finish, I do the walk'
- 'my mum makes me'
- at my age, I run like it's my last ever run, and I surprise myself that I return again for another week'
- 'I know that some of the venues are quite a distance from home, but my daughter is learning how to drive, so going to cross country is a good way for her to get her hours up.'
- 'I think its a great way to exercise and keep fit'
