There are going to be many new ways of conducting our sport when we return in 2024. Newcastle Cross Country is working at making positive changes which will assist us all to be both physically safe and technologically aware when we participate in future events.
Peoples expectations and awareness levels have changed, and in order for our sport to satisfy these changes we will continue with online pre-registration for membership and online pre-run Event entry check-in and a hands-free timing system.

As runners do, with their eyes on a finish line, we like to look forward. We can make plans, and remain flexible by adjusting to conditions and any health forecasts that change. We want to be able to bend, not break, when our expectations don't match reality.
Social distancing means runners have to be aware of who is around them. Use the hand sanitizer that we supply
Might be a good idea to invest in an arm band for your mobile phone, and a running belt pouch for your keys.
