20 April 2019 - Redhead Beach  handicap run at 2, 5 or 10k 

Online Registrations by 10am Saturday before the run
On the day Registrations open at 12pm and close at 1:30 pm. Cash only

​Self check in by 1:45 and Run commences at 2pm

Bring a plastic bag to take home wet sandy running shoes

Check in is at the south end of the Redhead Beach car park.
This run commences on the beach, and continues south along the hard packed sand for distances of 2 and 5 km.  The long run will be 2 loops of the 5km run.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PARTICIPANTS TO ENTER THE SURF DURING THE RUN
