​At this meeting, members will have the opportunity to find out about our operations and finances, suggest run venues for the 2026 season, or take up a position as a committee member.
We would love to see some of our members join the committee. Come along and see how you might be able to help!
In the off season we meet to create our calendar for the upcoming season, plan for new or updated equipment, create rosters and even incorporate new runs. Once the season starts, we set up courses, organise timing mats, upload results and support our volunteers.
