Long 10k - U20, Open, U30, U40, U50, U60, U70, 70+ 

Medium 5k - U16 & U18

Short 3k - U8, U10, U12 & U14

Age category is the age you are on the day

Fruit Box run - whatever fruit is in season

If you don't want to compete in this championship event, you can still do the normal cross country run.
