Entries:
​Closing time for entries is Friday 6pm the day prior to the event.  No entries will be accepted after this time

Eligibility:
Minimum age is 18 years on the day of the event.
​Event fee must be paid at time of registration.

Start Time:
​Start time is 12 noon. Participants must assemble by 11:30am in order to be allocated bib numbers and attend course briefing

Cut off time:
​Runners must be able to complete the event by 4pm

Prizes:
Medals will be awarded to the first, second and third placed male and female place getters.

Bibs:
Runners will be provided with a BIB numbering system.  The BIB is to be displayed at all times during the event.

Safety Notice:
Runners to note that this event is a physically demanding trail run that requires a certain level of fitness.  It is the responsibility of the runner to ensure that they are in good physical health and confident that they can complete the run within the 4 hour cut off time.

King of the Mountain Refund Policy 
​To request a refund:
1. Submit a written request to [[email protected]] within 30 days of the payment date.
2. Include your:

• Full name
• Membership ID or order number
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation (e.g., medical note, proof of error)

3. The Committee may request further reasonable information to evaluate a refund request. Incomplete requests will not be considered. Any request will be evaluated individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of the committee.
Refund Schedule:

• Full Refund – Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to the event will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee.Partial Refund – Cancellations made between 4 and 8 weeks prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
