There are going to be many new ways of conducting our sport when we return in 2022 with a COVID safe action plan. Newcastle Cross Country is working at making positive changes which will assist us all to be both COVID safe and technologically aware when we participate in future events.

As runners do, with their eyes on a finish line, we like to look forward. We can make plans, and remain flexible by adjusting to conditions and any health forecasts that change. We want to be able to bend, not break, when our expectations don't match reality.

Might be a good idea to invest in an arm band for your mobile phone, and a running belt pouch for your keys.

Arrive Saturday afternoon 2pm.
- To ensure you bring your phone with the Services NSW app on it so you can scan the QRCode.
- Your membership card/band. If you are a new member you will have to collect your card on Saturday.
- To keep your keys with you as there will be NO Key Bucket.
- Your own water as this will not be provided in the interests of public health.

- Lots of insect repellent as the mosquitos can be usually quite bad at at some venues.
