​3.3, 6.1 or 8.9km

A Grade is the fastest, going down to J Grade with our slower runners and walkers. First time runners will start in J Grade.  Grades start in waves together, so you are competing against those runners of a similar capability

The courses are all flat, consisting of one, two or three loops. Depending on the track and weather conditions, this may be different on the day.

• Also visit their web site Hunter Wetlands because there are lots of things to see and do and you might want to visit when you are not running.
